
On Dec. 1, federal authorities arrested Howard Charles Richardson, 71, of King of Prussia, Pa., and Josiah Kenyon, 34, of Winnemucca, Nev., for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol. The next day they arrested Justin Jersey, 31, of Flint. Mich., on charges that included assaulting law enforcement officers. The following week, at least nine more people were arrested — Paul Lee Seymour Sr., 61, of Hamilton, Ohio; Paul Lee Seymour Jr., 33, of Millville, Ohio; Tim Levon Boughner, 41, of Romeo, Mich.; Jeffrey Hubbard, 46, of Lincoln City, Ore.; Thomas Paul Conover, 53, of Keller, Tex.; Jared Kastner, 24, of Beavercreek, Ohio; Luke Faulkner, 58, of Blanchester, Ohio; Jonas Buxton, 25, of St. Charles, Mo.; and Michael Oliveras, 38, of Lindenwold, N.J.
